Mabilog ay positibo sa COVID-19. Na-swabbed test si M58 noong April 22 pa at kakalabas lang ng resulta ngayong araw, June 8, 2020. Isa ang Baranggay Murcia at Mabilog sa mga baranggay na mag-lolockdown ng 24 oras ayon kay Mayor Andy sa kanyang facebook live session, dahil dito raw madalas mag-punta si M58 at para na din maisagawa ang contact tracing. Asymptomatic o walang sintomas ng COVID-19 si M58, pag-iingat naman ang paalala ng Alkalde. Mayor of Gerona town in Tarlac Hon. Eloy Eclar asked the family Antalan not too eager to accept any financial settlement offer from the former employers of Mary Ann Antalan, 21 year-old, who was believed to be a COVID-19 carrier, died few days ago after her employers sent her back to Tarlac instead of bringing her to a hospital or seek medical attention for her, despite of her medical condition. Mayor Eclar said he will be sending to them battery of lawyers that will help them. He also refrained them not to give any interview to any media for the meantime until the lockdown in their barangay is lifted. This is to protect everyone. Every time Nayor Eclar hears that here and there Barangay there's a covid carrier he rushes to the place to personally set up control points.
